Acknowledgement of Order
On receipt of your order an email will be sent to confirm this. As Bob Mayo is personally printing your order, please allow 14 days for dispatch. Parcels will be sent by Royal Mail, in the event of loss or damage contact your local post office first to make enquiries before contacting me. All parcels are insured and a replacement will be sent for any loss, or on the return of damaged goods. All claims must be made within 30 days. Returns and a full refund less the postage costs will be made if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, items must be returned to us within 7 days in its original condition and packaging. All purchases to be made via Pay Pal.
